What’s Not Included...
While our rental units offers the convenience of location, certain items and services are not included in the rental agreement. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities, including electricity, water, cable and/or internet services. Additionally, the units are not furnished. You may see them fully furnished when viewing but that is not included in the rental price. There is a hot tub on the premises, that is private use by owner. The backyard is private use as well – each unit has it’s own personal space/deck or balcony. Parking is reserved for owner, you can however park on the street for free, and you can load and unload in the back area or from driveway. You are responsible for clearing the snow in your own living space areas, stair case and for any access you may need to the street during winter.
